Chef Taj’s Sorbet Favorites: Mango, Star Fruit, Passion Fruit and Dragon

It’s Sorbet!! Head chef and owner of Buddha Sushi Lounge, Taj Siwatu, makes delicious sorbets. Fruity and sweet are Dragon Fruit, Mango and Passion Fruit to name a few . Taj’s most recent creation is Pineapple-Mango Sorbet. Diners sometimes top it off their Sorbet with a shot of Tito’s.

Dark Chocolate and Wine

Friends are coming over, not for dinner, but you want to serve something. I think, a chesse plate with veggies and dip is nice. That should blend well with a Merlot and Dark Chocolate.  We all have our favorite, I prefer Dove’s Promise Dark Chocolate.. Each bite is individually wrapped and its rich semisweet flavor blends well with my Merlot, but it is your call. Remember to read the message on the inside of each Dove Chocolate wrapper. Bon appetite.
